Shipping policy

Each pillow is made to order, so please allow 5-7 business days for your order to be made and shipped. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with the shipment details, including the tracking number.

All orders are shipped through USPS (both domestic and international).  All shipping costs are calculated based on the USPS rates, which are based on the customers shipping address.  All orders over $100 qualify for free shipping, while orders under $100 will be the responsibility of the customer.   All international duties, taxes and fees will be the responsibility of the customer.

Linen & James is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or incorrectly marked as delivered.  If a package is marked as delivered but the customer did not receive it, it is the customers responsibility to file a lost or stolen claim with the carrier.
